2026 LASC Overview
The Seventh Annual Latin American Space Challenge (LASC) took place from September 2–5, 2026, in Iacanga, São Paulo, Brazil. The 2026 edition brought together 157 missions and marked another milestone in LASC history, setting a new operational record with 59 launch operations completing the full countdown sequence through ignition.

The event selected 157 projects: 102 rockets, 49 satellites and 6 landers from 12 countries. Missions were assessed, reviewed, tested, and launched at the Sugarcane Launch Range in Iacanga (SP), Brazil.
Experimental rockets were evaluated throughout the delivery timeline, including progress updates, pitch videos, technical reports and launch readiness reviews.
The Satellite Challenge was held on-site, with satellites evaluated based on deliverables and pitch presentations. The brand-new Lander Challenge was evaluated through pitch presentations.

2026 LASC Scores - Rocket, Satellite and Lander Challenges (MS Excel Version)
The scoreboard provides the final total scores for each mission, along with the corresponding scoring information from the competition. Please note that a mission’s Final Total Score does not necessarily determine its eligibility for a Place Award. Award eligibility is subject to the applicable requirements, criteria, penalties, and qualification rules established in the LASC Documentation System.
